The hard working team at J W Motor Company provide a fantastic service. Customer care and attention to detail are commendable, their courtesy and consideration exemplary, and there is a real spirit of community apparent in their operation. Hands down the most stress free & easy experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. The service was above and beyond from both Gaz & his colleague Tom, anytime I had a query both of them were there to help regardless of the time or how busy either of them were. I did not lift a finger and the ability the team had to consistently exceed my expectations was truly impressive. Highly recommend dealing with this company if you want the easiest and nicest experience you can get when purchasing/financing a new vehicle. Our experience with JW Motor Co was exceptional from start to finish. From our initial inquiry to the day we picked up the car, Tom took care of everything with great attention to detail. Highly recommend getting in touch with Tom and Gaz at JW Motors. Phoned up Tom first thing on a Monday morning and within the hour I was sat in the car for a test drive. The car itself was in as top condition as can be and came back next day to pick it up. Two genuine top blokes with great customer service, which is rare to come by. A massive thanks to them both!

It was my first time purchasing a used vehicle and I needed one ASAP. Tom was very quick to respond to me after I had enquired and he even worked around my work schedule so I could view and test drive the vehicle. He even made sure it was prepped and ready to go for me there and then if I was happy with it. Tom&Gaz have been so helpful throughout this process and kept great communication. I can not thank them enough.
