Gary was fantastic, I enquired on a car and I was quite far away so I was very nervous. He answered all my questions and sent me a video and got the car prepared for me to drive away in one visit. And has even helped me with bits I wasn’t sure of since I picked the car up. Will definitely recommend!

I purchased a Vauxhall Mokka from the his dealer in December 2025. The car was in excellent condition and had had a few major jobs (clutch repair) performed by the dealer. Communication was great and the test drive went by seamlessly. Only snag, was a 12 month MOT had been advertised but unfortunately due to the timings around purchase hadnt been done. However, the dealer went above and beyond to do this after purchase, picking up the car and getting it sorted. Would 100% recommend purchasing from them. They have the utmost care for selling quality second hand cars.

This company is 200 miles from where I live so I was fairly apprehensive about buying a used car so far from home but they had the car I was looking for at a good price.The owners of this company are really good, they made contact with me quickly and maintained contact throughout the entire sale. I have also had contact point sale to ensure all was well.They were very transparent and honest about everything as well as willing to make every effort to ensure the car was perfect before I took it away. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I recently bought a Mercedes E-Class from JW Motors, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.Gary looked after me throughout the process and was genuinely one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with when buying a car.What stood out most was how patient and transparent he was. I asked for a lot of information about the car’s history, previous owners, and service records, and he took the time to get all the details for me. He even contacted the previous owner to confirm the maintenance that wasn’t on paper, which gave me real peace of mind.Gary also arranged to have new tyres fitted, and he didn’t rush the sale at all. Instead, he preferred to prepare the car properly, get it valeted, and make sure everything was right before I collected it. That kind of professionalism is rare these days.The car was exactly as described, properly presented, and drives beautifully.Overall, a very positive experience — I’d confidently recommend JW Motors and Gary to anyone looking for a honest dealership that actually cares about what they sell.

I would highly recommend JW motor co.I purchased my ford smax from them in June this year I had one very minor issue which was resolved without hesitation.Tom was really friendly and helpful. The car has been very well looked after and it had all mot advisories repaired before I purchased it.I would definitely return in the future to purchase again and highly recommend them to friends and family. 5* customer service and after care.

Having not purchased a used car for many years, I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process. However, after my initial enquiry call to Tom, his friendly, honest and professional manner immediately put me at ease. I travelled down to Barnsley from Edinburgh a few days later (to allow them time to put a fresh year's MOT on the car) and was met at the station by Gary who took me to their premises to view the car. - Gary had texted me and spoke to me on the phone before I made the journey to introduce himself (as Tom was on holiday) and tell me more about the car. Gary left me on my own to examine the car before accompanying me on a lengthy test drive to make sure I was entirely happy with the car. His straight talking, no nonsense and above all honest approach was exactly what I expected when about to make a major purchase. The drive home in my new BMW 5 series was excellent and I even had a follow up chat with Gary the following day.
