Just bought an immaculate looking and driving Citreon DS3 for my daughter from JW Motor Co. It had all the service/history documentation and in wonderful condition for age. Gary was brilliant, nothing too much trouble for him.. first class service throughout and great attention to detail. One or 2 minor items were sorted with no problem. I would definitely recommend JW Motor Co & Gary to anyone.. very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Would not hesitate to go to them/him again.. one very happy customer. I wish all car dealers were this good, then they wouldn't have such a bad reputation. Thank you Gary - Elise' & David Hunt.

I was very dubious about buying my first car but could not be happier with it after buying it from J W Motor Co! Gary was there to answer all questions that I had, sent me photos and a video tour when I asked since I couldn't view it as a result of the pandemic and even replaced the missing towing eye cover at no extra expense to myself. The car was immaculate and just as described when he delivered it (also at no extra cost to myself) and I could really tell that it had been taken care of whilst in his possession. All documentation was provided, too, so that I could see the service history for myself. I would actively encourage anyone to buy from J W Motor Co - I certainly would again!

From arranging a viewing to collecting the car Gary at J W Motor Co was faultless. Excellent communication with a friendly and professional manner. We were looking for a 2nd car again after lock down and didn't want to spend hours travelling across the UK. My new car was priced really fairly compared to others on the market, and was literally within 20 minutes of home. The warranty offered also helped me feel comfortable about my purchase as I have always previously purchased from main dealers. Gary went above and beyond to help make sure my new car would be ready for doing the school run again in September with only a few days notice and a bank holiday to contend with. Couldn't recommend enough to anyone. My partner and I will 100% buy from JW Motor Co again next time we need another car. Thanks again.

I bought my car from Gary and he came to my work to let me test drive as I could not get to the car. He then kept in contact and sorted everything out for me and delivered my car to me at my place of work. Been a 8 year it had a problem where the power went off from the alternater and I called him and he immediately sorted it for me. Taking it to a garage and had a new alternater fitted and returned my car the next day. He went above and beyond twice . He is professional and just fantastic to deal with and he will definitely be my go to person for any future car sales. I have had my car a few month now and I love it :) Thank you Gary! Much appreciated all the extras you done for me at no cost to myself .

I am not easily impressed by used car salesmen but from the get go initial phone call I felt that Gary was very honest and up front. I have a very happy 17 year old daughter who has purchased a car from him and quite frankly he was superb. He thoroughly deserves his five star reviews and will definitely add him to my phone contacts for future purchases- Fantastic
