Having spent a week trying to buy a car at a so called main dealer we eventually gave up! We were sick to death of sitting a a desk waiting for a sales person to come back and not answer what we’ve asked or wanting us to answer so many questions before even tell us our cars value We saw on Auto Trader a car a little bit older but had great history and an easy to read advert the only thing we were concern about what traveling further than planned to look at a car I rang up spoke to Tom who answered everything I wanted to know without feeling pushed into giving up personal info We made an appointment and received regular texts prior to traveling to let us know the car was ready When we arrived onsite we met Gary and Tom who were very relaxed, left us to look at the car and just checked to see if we were okAfter a nice long test drive we decided to ahead and they let us decide when we wanted to collect it When we picked up the car had been cleaned ready for us and all our paperwork in a nice folder We just wanted to say thank you again for making buying a car easy and not intimidating or stressful!

Bought a used car from them. From the first call I made to Tom, he was very welcoming and helpful. On the day of purchase all our questions were answered and valuable information regarding the car and it's history given; we did a test drive as well. After purchasing, we drove 113 miles back home, a very smooth drive and we're happy! Keep up the great service, would definitely recommend you guys at anytime.

Great experience buying a used car from this company. Communications were excellent and the car was immaculate, and exactly as described. We really needed to buy a car for urgent travel this week after ours wasn't worth repairing, so we were somewhat under pressure to find the right one. Previous experience with dealers hasn't been great, so it was a refreshing change to find these guys were open, honest, and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered. We were given opportunity to thoroughly inspect the vehicle on our own, and then went for an accompanied test drive. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Purchase a LR FL2 from these good people 2 months back.They were happy to provide me with additional information and pictures on request.They were happy to wait as I had to travel 4 hours to inspect the vehicle.The inspection, test drive and payment process went smoothly.Tom ran me through any warranty options that were available to me but gave me peace of mind that every vehicle comes with 3 months as standard.Unfortunately a unforseen issue with the throttle body became apparent and I was unable to go through the warranty company to repair this as it wasn't a listed part.I was told that is it a common failure and could have happened at any time.Luckily Tom and I resolved the issue with a private mechanic of my choosing and the issue was fixed as we're some other outstanding parts.Not every garage or dealership would have done this or gone to this much trouble, so I am very grateful that Tom was there and was able to help as quickly as he did.Highly recommended to garage to anyone, customer care is second to none and vehicle pricing is competitive.Thank again Tom

Super efficient process, fab communication from start to finish, arranged for me to get some new tyres put on and fixed an issue found during this, super transparent, nothing was too much trouble, loads of paperwork to go with the car, and it looked immaculate when I went to pick it up! All in all a great experience for my first time buying a car! Would 100% recommend!

Buying a second hand car is always a risk, buying a second hand dream sports car even worse! But what an amazing service. The car was as described and nothing was too much trouble. No hard sales pitch, no pressure just good advice and service from start to finish. I cant recommend enough and will definitely use again. This is how it should be done! 👌
